Yes, you can easily record and store both audio and video directly within the app.

Yes, you can upload documents in pdf, word, jpeg and png form.
Is my data safe on the app?
Yes, your data is securely stored and encrypted to ensure your privacy and security.You control your data, we cannot see it. You also control who you share your stories with.
Can multiple family members use the same account?
Yes, you can set up a family account allowing multiple users to contribute stories and memories into one family hub. Each member will have their own personal login. Stories can be recorded from any account and shared to each other via the app.
Does the app require internet access to use?
While internet access is needed for syncing and sharing, you can create and store entries offline, which will upload once you're connected.
Is there a subscription fee for using the app?
The app holds a lot of precious data and was very expensive to develop. While basic features are free, additional premium features are available through an optional subscription. We do recommend the paid features to enable you to store a larger amount of stories.
Can I edit my stories once they've been added?
The app provides editing capabilities for written responses only, you can update and refine your stories anytime. However, voice recorded responses cannot be modified.
Will the app remind me to document stories?
Yes, customizable notifications and reminders can be set up to help you regularly document and preserve your memories
Can I back up my stories externally?
Absolutely! In the paid app you have easy export options for additional backup.
How much is it to use the premium features?
While basic features are free premium use starts at $9.99/user. Andrea makes it as affordable as possible to use the app but it was very expensive to develop so she must change to support its data safety features.
Is my data safe?
Yes, your data is both private and safe. We use auto-sync technology and robust cloud storage for all stories and images uploaded via the app. You can even use it while you’re not connected to the internet, your stories will sync automatically once you reconnect to the internet. By the way, we can never see your stories or images, but if you like, you can nominate a family member or story to be featured on our YouTube channel.
