About The Founder
Australian by heart and American by home, Andrea Wills Bunce carries with her the bittersweet experience of living oceans away from her loved ones in Australia. This distance has sharpened her appreciation for the fragile threads that bind families together.

Are the books returnable?
Yes. We guarantee our customers will be satisfied or their money back. Books must be returned in good, unused condition within 30 days of your delivery date. If a book is damaged in shipping we will replace it at no cost to you. We just want you to be happy with our product and our service!
Who wrote the books?
Andrea Wills Bunce, a homesick Australian living in the USA wrote the books. She misses her family deeply and wanted to create a way to be closer to them despite the physical distance. Now, Andrea helps families everywhere share their life stories and get to know each other better through the Memoirs by Famili book series. She loves what she does. :)

Why did she write the books?
Andrea was homesick, so she wrote these books to help close the gap.
When will my book arrive?
Domestic US orders typically pretty fast and arrive within a week of dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hrs of order receipt. Shipments leave Monday-Friday except on public holidays, when our shipping department is closed. Tracking information is provided via email.
International orders vary dramatically on delivery time and we cannot control it. However, you will always receive a tracking number for your shipment and you can track your order's progress with the link that is emailed to you.
